Produced by the Museum of Comparative Zoology, the bulletin is based on the collection of Philippine birds presented by Governor-General W. Cameron Forbes to the museum. The birds were collected in 1911, 1913, and 1921. Five new species were discovered from this collection, and are described in this book.
