The original Spanish publication of "El Legado Ignorantismo," or "The Legacy of Ignorance" in English. The address was delivered before the Teachers Assembly in Baguio, April 23, 1920. The author, a member of the Ilustrado group "Los Indios Bravos," decided to tackle the issue of public education for his speech.
